Hi Troop 2082-
Just touching base about the rollerskating town-wide event at Roller Kingdom in Hudson.
We have 4 chaperones who will be driving and attending the event. We need to limit the number of adults, so unfortunately not all parents can attend. Also, the chaperones must be registered adult members for insurance purposes. We will coordinate carpooling once we have confirmation of who is attending. ( Of course, you are welcome to drop off you own child if you wish, but we are offering car pools to make it easier).
The $4 entrance fee will be taken out of each girl's account. If they have their own skates, please bring them. If they need to rent skates the fee is $3. Please have your child bring the money that day.
We realize the time of the event 5:30-7:30 is during most peoples dinner time. There is food being sold - pizza etc. However, it might be difficult for the girls being so young to manage money in a crowded situation. If at all posssible, please try to feed them something beforehand. The troop will be bringing cupcakes for a snack. ( unfortuantley, no outside food is permitted). If you do want your daughter to buy something, please let the chaperone driving her know so they can oversee things, so money isnt lost.
If you daughter has not signed up and still wishes to go, I need to know NO LATER than this weekend.
