The Central & Western Massachusetts Girl Scout Council is offering a special Self Defense for Brownies workshop in Auburn at McCoys Action Karate on Saturday, Nov. 8 from 2 to 4 p.m.
The cost is $4 per Brownie.
The event is limited to the first 100 Brownies registered. Girls may attend individually with a parent or as a troop.
The deadline to register is Oct. 6.
If your girl is interested, please let one of the leaders know.
Workshop description: Think Brownies are too young or too small to learn how to defend themselves? Think again! These self-defense experts will work with the girls and show them some techniques they can use if they are ever in a sticky situation.
Age-appropriate and totally fun!
A workshop every parent would want their child to attend!
A participation patch is included.
