5 Brownies Participate in Holiday Sing-A-Long

Five Brownies from our Troop participated tonight in the 18th Annual Holiday Tree Lighting event at the memorial Building downtown. They were Alyssa, Bella, Emily, Erin, & Madison. The girls were among 55 Framingham Gil Scouts who led hundreds gathered in a holiday sing-a-long in anticipation of Santa & Mrs. Claus arriving on a fire truck. After Santa arrived, the Framingham Girl Scouts helped Santa countdown to the lighting of the Christmas tree. Afterwards, Scouts and those gathered were treated to hot cocoa and a concert by the all-elementary school 5th grade band inside the Memorial Building.

BROWNIES THROUGH THE YEARS - Worked on at 2 meetings in 2009. Completed after attending Girl Scout Museum in Waltham on March 26 - COMPLETED
• ALL IN THE FAMILY Earned at Oct. 6 meeting, TRY-it work assignment, worked on at both Nov. 2008 meetings and at the Dec. 8, 2008 meeting - COMPLETED
