Cookie Rally Fun!!!!

Four members of Brownie Troop 2082 attended the Patriots Trail Ready Set Go Cookie Rally in Marlboro on Saturday, Jan. 12 Each will receive a special "Ready, Set, Go Cookie Patch."

More than 150 Girl Scouts from several communities gathered at Assabet Valley Technical High School for a 2-hour fun event, in which the girls learned more about the cookies they are selling, played games, participated in fitness activities, a parachute game, and an obstacle course. The girls also built a "hover balloon craft" during an arts & craft period.

Brownie troop 2082 who attended were Becky, Bella, Kelly & Sydney.

SNOW or Meeting?

The meteorologists are predicting 8 to 10 or 10-15 inches of snow between Sunday night and Monday morning.

In case they are correct (this time), we wanted to review snow policy for Brownies.
* If there is no school on Monday, there is no Brownie Meeting.
* If there is an early release called on Monday due to the snow, there is no Brownie meeting.

If school is in session and there is no early release,
one of the leaders will call each parent directly no later than 3 p.m.;
if we determine the weather is too bad to hold
our meeting on Monday, Jan. 14 at 3:45 p.m.
- Brownie Troop 2082 leaders

FYI -- Door-to-door cookie sales end on Monday, Jan. 28
AND that is the date of our second meeting in January.
At this time, we are planning on have a Cookie Booth sale during the meeting time at Stop & Shop ( near BJs) and not meet at our regular location at the church.
More details will be forthcoming on the cookie booth sale.
